These Terms govern your access to seecover.com and the referral and information services offered by See Cover (“See Cover,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before using the site or submitting information.

See Cover is an online insurance marketing, advertising, information, and lead generation service. We may connect consumers with independent insurance carriers, agents, brokers, or other providers of auto insurance based on information submitted through the site.

3. Information you submit

You agree that information you submit, including information about yourself, your household, your vehicles, your driving history, and your current insurance, will be accurate, current, and yours to provide. You authorize us to process and share that information as described in our Privacy Policy so that we and participating providers can respond to your request.

Inaccurate information may cause quotes to change or become unavailable. You remain responsible for independently reviewing any provider, quote, policy, coverage limit, exclusion, fee, or agreement before purchasing.

4. Communications consent

When you provide a telephone number or email address and give the required consent, you authorize See Cover and participating insurance providers to contact you about your request, including through calls, text messages, or email. Messages may use automated technology where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Permitted use

You may use this site only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information, including information about another person without their permission
• Interfere with the site, its security, or another person’s use of it
• Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract site content without written permission
• Use automated tools to overload, test, or circumvent the site
• Use the site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to See Cover and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Names and logos of insurance carriers are the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement of, or by, See Cover.

7. Third-party providers and links

Insurance carriers, agents, brokers, and other providers in our network are independent third parties. Their services, statements, quotes, privacy practices, and agreements are their own. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. See Cover does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or services.

8. No guarantee of quotes, rates, or savings

Submitting information does not guarantee a quote, a particular rate, coverage, eligibility, provider availability, or the purchase of a policy. Any quote, premium, coverage, or policy is determined solely by the provider and is subject to underwriting, verification of your information, applicable terms, and state availability. Rates may change and vary by driver, vehicle, location, driving record, coverage selections, and other factors.

Savings figures and examples shown on the site, including references to average or potential savings, are informational only. Your actual savings may be higher, lower, or none at all. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” See Cover disclaims express and implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, See Cover and its owners, affiliates, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the site, a provider, a quote, a policy, or a claim. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid See Cover for the service giving rise to the claim, if any.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold See Cover and its affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

13. Suspension and termination
